WELCOME TO CAELESRPH!
hi, hello !! thank you for taking the time to check out caelesrp, it means a lot to us! caelesrph is a resource and commissions blog managed by two members of the rpc, leah and macy. we both have 203948320 blogs so you've probably seen us floating around and if not, lovely to meet you !! we started this blog back in may 2020, but because we're both busy students who work, it took quite a bit of time to kick it off.
we both love to make graphics, whether it's rp related or not, and we thought it'd be a great opportunity to extend it to the rpc. we know what it's like not to have the resources needed or to struggle immensely with a creative block when it comes to promos, dash themes, and more ——— we wanted to be able to provide the above with accessible costs! rp is our hobby and we know that times are hard ——— wanting some nice graphics shouldn't break your bank!
we've both been in rp for about a decade and have years of graphic-making experience between us, whether it's icons, gifs, promos, main theme backgrounds, and general graphic edits. we've even started dabbling with carrd and google docs!

hey ! i'm leah, a twenty-one year old student from the midwest who is double majoring in english: creative writing and film with a minor in criminology on the pre-law track. for as long as i can remember i've loved writing and when i stumbled upon forum rp many many many years ago, i totally fell in love with it. somewhere along the way i jumped a platform (or three) and found myself here on tumblr six or seven years ago. i've been apart of more group rps than i can count and currently have three different indie rp blogs that i hop between. thanks to indie i learned just how much i enjoy graphic design and have poured hours upon hours into messing around on photoshop. i'm hoping that now, those hours of fun can somehow help you out too !!

hi ! i'm macy, a twenty-one year old from the pacific northwest. i'm in uni, majoring in psychology and on the pre-law track. i've been writing for as long as i can remember, always attempting to write novels and never finishing them. i started with gimp back in 2010-ish and began using photoshop in 2013 and haven't parted with it. i actually started my rp career on fb and recently made the move to tumblr's indie community, so i tend to bounce around fandoms with my 370235824 blogs and my super impulsive self. i love working with graphics and just learning new things, so my process is a constant cycle of guessing and checking and experimentation. i know how difficult it can be not having the resources you want and need, so i hope to be able to help out !
POLICY & PRICING
001. as stated before, we are both students who work ——— caelesrph is for when we have the time and energy !! please be patient with us, we may not always get back to you in a timely manner !! and depending on the request / commission, it could take us from a few hours to a few weeks. we will, of course, keep in touch with you on our progress. but please do not expect speedy results !!
002. our biggest goal here is to be as accessible as possible !! consider us your dollar store, everything is either a dollar or free. however, because we do put a lot of time and effort, you do have the option to chip in a little more through our ko-fi !!
003. what's free and what's $1? any of our public templates, public icons, and public colorings will be FREE. anything that is personally commissioned will be $1, with the option to chip in a little more. here are some services offered through caelesrph: static rp icons ( 150 max ), promos ( gif and static ), mobile headers ( gif and static ), dash icons, theme backgrounds ( no coded themes ), moodboards, dynamic edits, carrds, dividers, banners, and literally any kind graphic art you can think of that you think we'd be able to do !! if you do not see what you want listed, please send us an ask or IM us !!
004. there are no limits to the number of orders or the types of orders you can make, just please understand that they will take time.
005. we have the right to refuse service !! there may also be instances where we cannot start or complete an order due to lack of time, resources, mental health, etc. should anything come up, it will be communicated. please remain respectful.
006. we will NOT work with the following: fcs that are youtubers / influencers / under the age of 13 / non - media celebrities. sexual nsfw content, real - life figures ( including historical ).
007. orders are not on a first-come, first-serve basis. it probably will work that way for the most part, but we will primarily work off of motivation and inspiration. sometimes inspiration hits when we least expect it. this is also to prevent burn - out. we will have a list of our orders so you can have an idea of how long yours might take. we will also keep in touch with you throughout the process to see if you're okay with what's done so far and if any changes need to be done.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: GIVE CREDIT !!! DO NOT STEAL, RESELL, REDISTRIBUTE, OR CLAIM AS YOUR OWN.
seriously don't do it. we will find out and we will wish a million painful papercuts on you.

READY TO ORDER?
AWESOME SAUCE !!! you've read through our hefty info and that's super cool of you (-: and now you'd like to put in an order. what now?
the specifics will be listed on the commission form itself, but here's a cheat-sheet so you know what would be needed on the form / what would be helpful.
STATIC RP ICONS : we will only do 150 max, so let us know how many you want if it's less than 150. faceclaim name and what media(s) you want them from, if any ( specific t.v. show, movie, video, etc ). if we cannot get access to the specific source material, we will let you know //: provide a color scheme - do you want focus on reds? purples? blues? greens? black and white? low saturation? we will use our own coloring unless provided with one. what kind of icon style? blockquotes or no? do you want feature-focus icons or full face icons? ( see examples ).
PROMOS : this is where you want to be as descriptive and specific as possible. if you like a certain style from our example page, be sure to link it / show a screenshot of it. we also do multi ( more than one blog ) promos. we can do 1-4 panels, organized however you'd like. gif or static? any quotes? color scheme? any aesthetics? IF YOU HAVE A PINTEREST FOR THE CHARACTER, THIS WOULD BE IMMENSELY HELPFUL. PLEASE LINK IT. are there any specific scenes or content of your faceclaim / character that you do NOT want used? honestly just go wild with as many details and information you feel would be helpful. if you do not, you should not get mad at us if you don't like it <3
MOBILE HEADERS : the same expectations for promos go here. what are the aesthetics? color scheme? any quotes? PROVIDE A PINTEREST BOARD, it's super helpful !! do you want it to fill or fit? fill means that the graphic would "fill" the entire space of the header "fit" means that it won't take up the whole space but that the graphic would "fit" in the center of the space. if there's a specific style you want in the header, please describe it or provide an example.
DASH ICONS : same as mobile headers, but this focuses more on color scheme and aesthetics. what do you most associate with your character? just list some aesthetics / concepts / vibes. we could also do a cut - out of your character. just let us know !!
BANNERS / DIVIDERS : same protocol as promos / mobile header. is there a specific height you have in mind ( how tall it is )? banners are usually like answered banners, starters, pinned - posts, out - of - character, etc. and are usually taller. dividers tend to be thin strips of line, but it varies. just let us know what you want !!
THEME BACKGROUNDS : honestly same protocol as promos. provide us the theme / code you're using and what you're looking for out of a background. color scheme, quotes, fc? give us all the info needed!
MOODBOARDS : same protocol as promos. but be specific for what exactly it is you want the moodboard for. it can be for fashion, your character in general, a dynamic, etc.
GENERAL EDITS : dynamic edits?? let us know what faceclaims, what color scheme, what quotes ( if needed ), etc. what kind of relationship is it? literally anything that's important. ——— just want a pretty edit of your muse ??? we can do that too, just specify anything important. name origins ?? character studies ?? hell yeah. if there's anything that we haven't listed as far as graphic editting goes, please feel free to hit us up!!
CARRD : we only have the free version because we're broke, so we're sticking with the 50 element limit. we know that carrd makes a lot of people frustrated ( us included sometimes ), so we'd like to offer this service !! because we don't have a premium carrd, there will be no transference of carrd ownership. instead, we ask that you provide us with an email and password for a carrd that we can make, or we will make one ourselves. either way, you would get an email and password for a carrd back. you can change the info afterwards. provide any rules and information that you would want on the carrd, how many sections you'd prefer, the color scheme. follow the same protocol as the promos ——— what aesthetics, style as far as graphics go? we can also make a "template" version where some sections are left blank for you to fill in yourself. just let us know!!
